The Founder and President Stanley Palmer and partner Dody Blaur continue keep up to date with the latest changes in laws and real-estate markets to be on the cutting edge of the industry.

Upon receiving a degree in finance from Utah State University, founder and president of Premier Title, Stanley Palmer started Cache Title Company in 1976 in Logan Utah, which is still in operation. After selling Cache Title, Palmer started Premier Title and Escrow with Dody Blaur in 2002. Premier Title is housed in one of Brigham Cities finest historic buildings on Main Street.

The organization holds regular meetings at 7 p.m. every other Thursday in the Cache Chamber of Commerce located at 160 N. Main in Logan. The meetings are open to all aspects of life. At the beginning of each meeting for the first 30 minutes the organization gets to know each member and discusses the various backgrounds. After the discussion, a presentation by a guest speaker is scheduled. The meetings are open to all aspects of life. Whether you are a beginner in investing or have been buying and selling land for decades. Come one come all.
